If you are considering cosmetic surgery, cost is always a consideration. Our consultations are free. The fees shown include operating room fees, doctor's fees, anesthesia fees, implants (if applicable), set of garments (if applicable) and all pre-operative & post-operative visits.

Financing Your Procedure

If you have ever considered having cosmetic surgery, but have not saved enough for a procedure, cosmetic surgery financing may be another option for you. One of these is a standard credit card. Although interest rates on credit cards tend to be rather high, this can still provide you with a flexible payment option that you can include in your ongoing budget.

Surgery Deposit

A deposit of $1000 is required at the time you schedule your surgery, which is refundable until 2 weeks before the surgery date. Surgery times are scheduled to benefit all patients as determined by the doctor. As such, your time may change so we ask that all patients be flexible with the actual time of their surgery. A deposit holds a date for surgery, not the time. The remainder of the practice fees are due two (2) weeks prior to surgery. Applicable anesthesia and facility fees will be due on your day of surgery.

Payment Types Accepted

Payments may be made to our office by cash, check, cashier's check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or through an approved finance company. Dr. Mangubat also accepts Discover and American Express. Third party and business checks are not accepted. Personal checks will not be accepted less than two (2) weeks prior to surgery.

Cancellation Policy

A refund equal to the amount deposited minus the $1,000.00 non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit will be given if surgery is cancelled at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled surgery day. A refund equal to 50% of the refundable fees will be given if surgery is cancelled 1 - 2 weeks (8 - 14 days) prior to the scheduled surgery day. If surgery is canceled within seven (7) days of surgery, no refund will be given.
