Breast Augmentation with Lift, also known as augmentation mastopexy, is a combined surgical procedure that enhances both the size and shape of the breasts while simultaneously lifting them to a more youthful position.

The Procedure
Breast augmentation with lift is performed under general anesthesia. The surgery combines two techniques:
Breast Augmentation
A silicone or saline implant is placed beneath the breast tissue or chest muscle to enhance size and projection. Implant type, shape, and placement are chosen based on your anatomy and aesthetic goals.
Breast Lift (Mastopexy)
Excess skin is removed, the nipple and areola are repositioned higher on the chest, and the remaining tissue is reshaped for a lifted, youthful contour.
Incisions are carefully planned to minimize visible scarring and may vary based on the degree of lift needed — typically around the areola, vertically down the breast, or along the natural crease.
The surgery generally takes two to three hours, and most patients return home the same day.
Recovery and Aftercare
After surgery, you’ll wear a supportive surgical bra to minimize swelling and help the breasts heal in their new shape.
Mild swelling, bruising, and tightness are common for the first few days and can be easily managed with medication.
Most patients return to light activities within one week, with full recovery in about four to six weeks. Strenuous activity and upper-body exercise should be avoided during this time to ensure proper healing.
