Our surgical facility is conveniently located in Seattle with easy access to both I-405 and I-5 and directly across from Southcenter Mall. We offer surgeries Wednesday through Friday in our Washington State Accredited Ambulatory Surgery Center. We utilize a small number of rotating Anesthesia providers who we feel not only meet but exceed our standards for quality patient care.

Each surgery patient will have a chance to speak one-on-one with their Anesthesia provider both in the days before surgery as well as before and after the procedure.

Hello, I’m Dr. Tony Mangubat
Whether you are seeking breast enhancement, liposuction, facial & body contouring, or transgender affirming surgeries, I have the education, training, experience, and surgical competency to provide for you with confidence and safety. I’ve trained new surgeons for almost 2 decades as a fellowship director for the AACS.
Recognizing the critical need to pass on my 30+ years of experience and expertise to the next generation of young surgeons, I accept one exceptional candidate each year to train by my side.

Meet Dr. Lena Weinman
Dr. Lena Weinman is the newest Cosmetic Surgeon to join La Belle Vie’s strong repertoire of care providers committed to practicing above the standard. Prior to completion of her Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship with Dr. Mangubat in 2024, Dr. Weinman provided care as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist.
Board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, she has provided exceptional, individualized care to women during all stages of hormonal transitions and childbearing needs since 2008.
